Property Purchase fee waived until the tax year end

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and support, we have decided to remove our property purchase fee for a limited time. Effective immediately, and up until the Tax Year End, when opening a full SIPP we will be waiving the property purchase fee, which is normally £695.

At Yorsipp, we want to make the process as seamless and cost-effective as possible for our members. By removing this fee, we aim to provide you with even greater flexibility and value when considering commercial property investments for your clients.

Our full SIPP plan permits a wider range of investment options and includes assets such as commercial property. Since Yorsipp have no affiliation to any product provider or investment management groups, your clients are free to choose the investment options which fit their particular circumstances.

So if they are considering purchasing commercial property within their SIPP, now is an excellent time to take advantage of this offer.
