Kirsty has over 20 years' experience working with and managing SIPP and SSAS, in both an administrative and technical capacity. She holds the CII's Financial Planning Certificate, and as Managing Director is responsible for the core central functions of Yorsipp including HR, IT, Marketing and Risk, as well as more general operational matters across the firm.

Finance Director

Fiona is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s financial strategy, alongside management and financial control of the group and finance department. A Qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 17 years’ experience, Fiona has a high level of financial knowledge and has the ability to see the bigger picture outside of pure figures.

Business Development Manager

Stephen has over 20 years' experience in financial services covering all aspects of self administered pensions and holds a number of professional qualifications. Having spent time on both business development and operational sides of the market, Stephen is well placed to guide advisers and clients through both the technical and practical aspects of pensions.

Lisa Caywood

Administration Manager

Lisa has 18 years' industry experience, including the administration and servicing of all types of personal and occupational pension schemes. She holds part 1 of the PMI Diploma in Pensions Administration and a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service. With responsibility for the day-to-day administration and management of members pension schemes, Lisa ensures all Yorsipp client plans are accurately maintained and serviced.

Sarah has been with the firm since 2013, after graduating from University with a BA in Business Studies. Sarah has an integral role in the firm with expertise across many functions, with a keen focus on systems, customer experience and SIPP technical expertise.
