Start 2026 with a property admin fee-free SIPP

We’re kicking off the New Year with a fantastic offer for members looking to set up a SIPP: for a limited period*, we’ve removed the property administration fee for new SIPPs and in-specie transfers.

For any new business cases submitted with the PPQ between 1 January and 31 March 2026, there will be:

• No property purchase fee
• No annual property administration fee**

The only fees that may apply are ancillary charges such as borrowing costs or VAT registration — everything else is included, giving your clients a simpler, more cost-effective route to property investments within a SIPP.

We want to help advisers and their clients start 2026 on the right foot by making property investment within SIPPs more accessible than ever. By removing these fees, we’re reducing the barriers to entry and helping your clients make the most of their pension investments.
