Yorsipp continue to set the standard for service quality and transparency in SIPP market. Our announcement comes as we celebrate the first anniversary of our published service performance - averaging 95% across the year. We are also backing Financial Services Consumer Panel calls for the FCA to introduce a simple rating system aimed at encouraging financial firms to publish more data about service levels.
