Stocks & Shares

If the member wishes to purchase Stocks and Shares (other than unquoted shares) they must first instruct Yorsipp Limited to open a nominee account with a stockbroker of their choice.  Yorsipp Limited will require the stockbroker to complete an Investment Agreement prior to any monies being transferred.  Upon completed of this agreement funds will be transferred to the relevant account and the member may instruct the stockbroker directly.

Please be aware that Yorsipp Limited will not hold records on each transaction through the stockbroker account but will provide an overall portfolio value in the member’s annual valuation.
