Property Management

Yorsipp (Trustees) Limited will require a property management agreement with a professional agent or in some cases the member may be able to take on this role.  Yorsipp reserves the right to refuse the appointment of a property agent.

The member’s appointed agent should satisfy themselves with the terms of the property management agreement before the property is purchased.

Yorsipp (Trustees) Limited will retain the responsibility for invoicing and collection of rent.  Rent will be collected by standing order.
