Property Insurance

Yorsipp (Trustees) Ltd will insure the property (buildings insurance) and recover this cost, under the terms of the lease, from the Tenant.

If there is no Tenant the cost of this will be recovered from the member’s SIPP Trustee Bank Account.

The extent of the cover is detailed in the standard lease.  Yorsipp reserves the right to alter the cover as it sees fit.  Any additional insurance required will be at the Tenant’s cost.

The only exception to the above is where there is a common policy in place or is part of an existing lease condition.
