Yorsipp Limited provides SIPP Administration to the group's existing portfolio and all new business. The SIPP Scheme was originally formed in 2001. To allow the development of the SIPP in line with the new ‘A’ Day rules this administration function was relocated to Glasgow in 2006.
Yorsipp Limited is committed to providing our members with a high level of service and technical support to meet with their ever changing needs.
Our technical consultants are on hand to provide their support and assistance with a vast experience of solving problems within the SIPP product.
Company Structure
Yorsipp (Trustees) Limited operates under a master trust deed which allows us to be sole trustee.
For ease of administration Yorsipp (Trustees) Limited has appointed a separate administrator, Yorsipp Limited, to carry out the administration work as required.
Administration
Yorsipp Limited offers a full range of administration services including
- Arranging transfer of funds/assets from existing providers, including Protected Rights
- Allocation of regular and single contributions and arranging re-claim of basic rate tax where applicable. Contributions are not limited to cash and may take the form of in~specie investment or property.
- Investment in a full range of permitted investments (both with/without tax advantages).
- Carrying out work as required in respect of Pension Sharing Orders.
- Calculation and payment of Income both Pre and Post age 75.
- Calculation and payment of Death Benefits.
- Annual Valuations.

Yorsipp Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
